At the core of this strategy lies our proprietary Resident Transformation System—a rigorously developed, outcome-based model designed to help families exit poverty within two to three years. This system tracks measurable progress across three key domains: education, employment, and health. Every initiative is data-driven and transparently structured to produce tangible, lasting outcomes for the individuals and families we serve.
